I’ve found the product I want but can’t select my size
If a products isn't available in your size, unfortunately it may be out of stock or not available in that size. We always try to increase the number of stock and sizes. Sorry for the inconvenience. Why not check out other amazing trendy clothes!
Has my order been sent yet ?
You will receive an email once your product has been processed and sent. You will be able to track your order using a tracking number, which will allow you to check the status of the order. The product is sent once it has been processed and passed the Quality Control Check, this may take approximately 4 working days.
Part of my order is missing
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!) Otherwise contact us via email using the Contact Form and we will look into it.

Can I track my order ?
We ensure to provide our customers with a tracking number which would be received via email. Alternatively you may track your order by logging into your account.
You’ve sent me the wrong items
If you unfortunately receive a wrong item, please send it back to us within 10 days with a description of the wrong item, and we will process a full refund.
Contact us via email using the Contact Form with subject "Return".
Wrong items will be checked on receipt and validated.
I forgot to use my discount code
Unfortunately if you forgot to use your discount code we are unable to accept discount codes/ coupons once the purchase has been made. Ensure you use them before completing your transactions as well as before they expire.
Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Depending on your location, delivery cost and time it'll will vary. Delivery time may take a maximum of 28 working days. This is due to processing time and product control checks which could take approximately 4 working days; however, this may be affected by the items stock status. We aim to process the order as soon as possible and ensure you receive your product.
